The “Workshop for development of inclusive and multisensory stories with a mixed reality (MR) platform” that will be held in Paris the 29th from 3 PM to 4 PM, will allow all participants to learn how to apply innovative learning tools in their teaching practice, even without computer skills.
Participants will be introduced to a tool for developing inclusive educational stories using physical and tangible objects commonly used or produced with 3D printers, but recognized by digital tools (PC, smartphone, or tablet). The presenters will show live some multisensory and inclusive stories and will modify using an authoring tool. The stories can be designed to engage all senses, not just sight and hearing but also smell and taste, drawing inspiration from Montessori pedagogy enhanced by technology.
The workshop is promoted by the I’M IN TALES project (Inclusive Methodology for Technology Aimed at Learning and Enhancement of Storytelling- Grant agreement n° 2021-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000032823 – https://www.imintalesproject.eu/) co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, in the call Key Activity 2 – KA220-SCH – Cooperation Partnerships in School Education.
The workshop will take place in Paris, at the Conference Centre located Campus Condorcet. More info at https://aaate2023.eu/ .
